We are in the finally stages of preparing the ebook version of my brainstorming book, HATCH! (a.k.a. eHATCH! ). In the NEW FOREWORD that I've written I confess to NOT being much of an eBook reader. I like paper pages, where I can scribble notes in the margins, doodle visual notes, dog-ear, and flip back to favorite spots.
Also, I find paper pages EASIER to read. I do. Call me goofy. I go on to say, I am delighted that HATCH! will now be available to the citizens of KINDLE-ville and NOOK-nation.
Then, yesterday I receive Michael Hyatt's latest blog post: "Why The Best Reading App Available Today Is Not What You Think"
There are several great links within Michael's post to various surveys and tests about reading ebooks vs. paper pages. My favorite is in SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN—a fascinating piece on the "Reading Brain." HERE
I will be posting a preview of the NEW FOREWORD for eHATCH!, here on the Tea Blog later this week.
Love to have your thoughts.
P.S. YES, eHATCH! will have all the word & art content of the paper edition, alas, you will not be able to doodle in the margins. But if you do, use a Sharpie.
