Great quote. I need that framed at my desk...and the car...and the bathroom...heck, I'll tattoo it on the back of my hand.

Too funny, Brock. I want to see pics of the tattoo! But, good old Tom speaks the truth. On my computer screensaver I have a quote by Richard Bach that says that they only difference between an amatuer writer and a professional is that the professional didn't give up. (That's my paraphrase)

Tammie, thanks for the Richard Bach quote. I'll tattoo that on the other hand! :)

I have been collecting quotes since I was in grade school. Edison has a bunch of great ones. Twain may be my favorite. I plan to post a new, inspiring quote every Monday----at least. Stand by.

As a freelance stage director / Artist-in-Residence :: two stints at Huntington University (Indiana.) At Huntington our production of ALICE IN WONDERLAND featured an inventive cast including (L-R photo at top): Kylie Edmonds as Doormouse; Mr.Jeffrey Blossom as March Hair; McNair Wilson, Director; Lauralee Brautigam as Alice; and the indefatigable Daniel Neil Olson as a very Mad Hatter. (Photo by Mr. Mike Burnett.) I love directing for the stage–call me, TODAY!
