• my new comcast commercial

HERE IT IS! My new Comcast commercial, now playing on a TV near you (only in CO, NM, and WY ...for now.) Some long time film-maker pals got the script, thought of me, we made a quickie screen test at my kitchen table, call back on location in Denver, and shot this little gem two days later. Very professional crew, affable client (and ad agency.) They even left in some of my ad libs (Listen for very last line after voice over, me say, "More STUFF!" (And, that's my canvas shoulder bag in the role of My Bag.)

UPDATE :: (12 March) My Comcast spot (below) is now being rolled out to air in EIGHT states! 

I'd like to thank my Director, Steve Vidano; my Asst.Director (and agent, for now), Robbie Repola; my mudder & fodder for the dance lessons and NOT making keep taking trumpet lessons; and Mr. Blair my high school drama teacher.

Thanks, folks. This sweet little 30 sec. commercial had a crew of a dozen, ten extras (background), 15 different camera set ups and all in just NINE hours. (The crew was there before and after the "talent" (that's me.)

It was a lot of fun. The production company (director & AD) are old pals. When they saw the script and character description they both said, "THAT'S McNair!" Initially it was to run just in Colorado. On the day of the shoot the Comcast folks said, "We really like this ...we're going to role it out in New Mexico and Wyoming, too." Last I heard they were airing it in TWELVE states."
